Parent volunteers are essential to running home meets as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
Timers (all meets): Timers are needed to record swimmers' times for both home and away meets. Without timers there can be no meet. Timers sign up for either the first half or the second half of the meet.
Stroke & Turn Judges (all meets): For volunteers who have completed the VBSL stroke and turn judge training.
Donate to Concessions (home meets only): Concessions depends on parents to donate food to sell at a swim meet. This is one of the biggest ways our swim team generates income to continue to fund the team.
Volunteer to Work Concessions (home meets only): We depend on parents to run the concessions tent during the meet. Shifts begin at 7:00 am and run until approximately 1:00. Each shift is 1 hour.
