Great swim meets don't happen without great volunteers! The Mount Pearl Marlins are looking for enthusiastic community members to join our team of volunteer swimming officials. Whether you're a parent, grandparent, former swimmer, or simply someone who enjoys supporting local sport, we'd love to have you involved!

You Don't Need a Swimmer to Make a Splash!

Swimming officials help ensure that meets run smoothly, safely, and fairly for every athlete. In Newfoundland and Labrador, officials are volunteers who receive training and certification through Swimming Canada, including clinics and hands-on experience on deck.

No previous experience is required, and you don't need to have a swimmer on our team. Just bring your enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a desire to support young athletes in our community.
